Day 534, Lost in Space, Two Weeks in Space

This was inspired by Two Weeks in Space. I love this episode. I especially love the interaction between Jonathan Harris and Edy Williams. Her name "Non" is so alien. The idea of the Jupiter 2 being transformed into Happy Acres Hotel is hilarious.

Day 551, Robot B9

Not sure about this. I started out with drawing the plants then started to add everything else. It came from no one episode. Poor Robot. I think I have mad a mess of him. And Maureen Robinson appears mortified!

Day 589, The Oasis

Something is wrong with this picture! Can you tell what? ... Well, the Robot is drawn wrong. This was partly inspired by The Oasis episode. Dr. Smith has gotten himself in trouble again... this time he eats a fruit which makes him grow bigger.... which in turn makes him feel sorry for himself.

Day 590, Pumpkin Cat and The Finished Oasis

My littlest kitty... Jazzie Jessie! I couldn't get anyone to sit still for a photo so I drew her instead!
This is the finished Oasis. I am not real happy with the pink background. Those are Angela Cartwright Shadow Stamps in the background... aliens walking on the rock... one on both sides. See below for a better view of the one on the left.... I couldn't get all the watercolor paper scan in one piece.

Day 604, Lost in Space B9

I scanned this twice. Changed it a little bit after I thought I was done.
I played with this and thought it looked ok with the line... after-all, in the real program you could see that line in the set... where the set boundaries turned a corner. There is that Robot B9 and Dr. Maureen Robinson! One of Angela Cartwright Unruly Shadow Stamps was used for the the back ground to the to the left.

Day 627, Robot B9, Jonathan Harris, and Angela Cartwright Lost in Space

One I did last week, a Lost in Space watercolor. I love drawing the Robot. There is an Angela Cartwright's Shadow Stamp in the back ground. I have been meaning to get back to making paper at work.

Day 628, Robot B9 and Friends from Lost in Space .... Plus Making Paper

We have been making homemade paper at work. It is mostly me and one or two of the kids. It is hard to get the kids to concentrate on anything for more than a few minutes at a time. No lie! This last batch of paper was out of pineapple tops and leavings. But this picture was from a few months back. All "homemade recycled"... except for the glitter and ribbon. And of course Lost in Space!

Day 636, Robot B9 and Aliens Watercolor

This was inspired by the Lost in Space episode "Ghost Planet."

Day 637, The Girl from the Green Dimension

The green girl appeared twice in Lost in Space. Here she was suppose to be floating in space. She was following the Jupiter 2 for its fuel. The robot was not outside the ship, but I added him anyway.

Day 644, Antimatter Man

Inspired by the Lost in Space episode Antimatter Man. This I did in my sketchbook for the Art House Sketchbook Project. I think in the TV episode the landscape was much more grim than portrayed here.

Day 646, Robot B9 and Dr. Zachary Smith

I never tire of Lost in Space. This was inspired by a 1st season episode.

Day 653, A Lost in Space Watercolor

Finished this watercolor tonight. It wasn't until around the episode, The War of the Robots that Will Robinson's and The Robot's friendship really took off.

Day 654, Robot B9 and Will Robinson

I erased and then drew Will Robinson again. This is the original drawing which I scanned then did some photoshop on it, then printed up on watercolor paper in the last post. I think poor Bill Mumy looks better after I got rid of the old face. I haven't been drawing as much because of the turmoil going on in this house. I will try to spend more time in doing art. This is like doing things backwards!

Day 662, Jonathan Harris, Bill Mumy, and Robot B9

Was drawing this with pencil on the back of another watercolor paper then decided to paint it. It was inspired by the Lost in Space episode War of the Robots.

Day 757, Psychedelic Lost in Space

Here is the picture that I was working on yesterday, now finished. Still, it is Lost in Space in a dream, and is skewed. I used one of Angela Cartwright's Unruly Shadow stamps up in the corner. See her running away up in the sand dunes? Also added the robot.

Day 777, Lost in Space art, Robot B9, Zachary Smith and Penny

This is artwork of my three favorite Lost in Space characters, the B9 Robot, Dr. Zachary Smith, and Penny. In the background I used one of the Unruly Shadow Stamps by Angela Cartwright. There she is in blue beaming down on a matter transfer beam.

Day 793, Antimatter Man Drawing, Robot B9 and Will Robinson

This was inspired by LIS episode, Antimatter Man. Will and the robot are walking in the mist in the antimatter world.
