Day 735, June Lockhart LIS

Same view of the same picture of June Lockhart from Lost in Space, but one I did more with photoshop. I am bad, I did this on plain drawing paper.
But I did this late in the day, colored in pencil and watercolor. I have been working on an acrylic painting for the past two days. Not sure I like it. I guess I will let it sit for a couple of days, before I go back to it.

Day 736, Mermaid and Seagull

Perhaps I have an over abundance of this particular scene! But I do enjoy the idea of mermaid and seagull having a conversation.

Day 737, The Girl From the Green Dimension and Wreck of the Robot

I finished this which I started yesterday. The Girl from the Green Dimension is not exactly the greatest episode. In fact it is a little strange. Better is Wild Adventure which has the same girl Vitina Marcus in the same role... as Athena. I have drawn and painted her before. She is in love with Dr. Smith in both episodes. I used some of Angela Cartwright's Unruly Shadows in this.
I fixed yesterdays art work, Wreck of the Robot to my liking... darkening the background.

Day 738, Lost in Space, Wreck of the Robot

I never tire of drawing or painting the robot b9. In the episode these aliens had glittery arms and faces. I gave them more glitter than they needed, so the glitter ended up everywhere.

Day 739, Antimatter Man a Lost in Space Watercolor

Prisoners in the antimatter world.

Day 740, Invaders From the Fifth Dimension, a Lost in Space Episode

Finished this watercolor. Inspired by the Lost in Space episode Invaders From the Fifth Dimension. Don was digging in the garden and Judy was reading a book when she spotted a blip on the radar. The radar was not on a laptop like this. The shadow figure is Angela Cartwright's Unruly Shadow stamp.

Day 741, Judy Robinson in Invaders From the Fifth Dimension

Watercolor on drawing paper of Judy. This is the Lost in Space episode Invaders from the Fifth Dimension. There is a whole bunch of wonderful 1st season episodes! This is one of them!

Day 742, Lost in Space in Watercolor Pencil

I was just trying out some of my watercolor pencils. 99.9% of the time I don't use them. I only did part of June Lockhart with them. I really am not sure I like them all that much. Tubes of paint are fun! Watercolor pencils are not. The color of this whole painting is all wrong. But this being the planet Preplanus... maybe the Preplanus sun casts a different light than our own sun. This picture has the robots power pack in view. The powerpack that Dr. Zachary Smith is always removing. June Lockhart looks like her neck is off!!

Day 743, Space Vikings again... Marta Kirsten

Just a quick sketch of Marta Kirsten... I wish Irwin Allen had used her more in this episode... even I, could think up a better story for Space Vikings than the one they did. And I would have used Marta. All that bueatiful golden hair!!

Day 744, Space Vikings Lost in Space

I was thinking of the Lost in Space episode, Space Vikings when I drew the first picture. I did not have a model of any sort to go by. So I was drawing blind. It ended up the head didn't get to be drawn because I ran out of paper. The guest star in this episode was Sheila Matthews who later became Irwin Allen's wife. I drew her again today with Lost in Space on. Space Vikings is considered one of Lost in Space worst episodes. But I think there are some good moments in it. Perhaps the worst thing is that plastic horse.

Day 745, Watercolor LIS Mark Goddard and Angela Cartwright

I more often than not paint blue or green skys. I did not start out with the idea of painting a red sky. It just so happened that way. I used one of Angela Cartwright's Unruly Shadow Stamps in the background.

Day 746, Major Don West a Lost in Space Drawing

This took a couple of hours to draw. Sometimes I think all my pictures look so much the same.

Day 748, Jonathan Harris Drawing

I was trying to draw Billy Mumy... but I keep going back to this face. Tomorrow, God willing, I want to do more of this kind of art... or maybe a mermaid.

Day 749, An Unfinished June Lockhart and Johnathan Harris, or... Reluctant Stowaway

I worked on yesterdays picture again. The Jupiter 2 having just gone through an asteroid storm just might look a little messed up!
A partially finished piece...

Day 750, The Lost in Space Jupiter 2 Reluctant Stowaway

I have been wanting to do the Jupiter 2. This is not exactly what I had in mind... just sort of.

Day 751, June Lockhart and Johnathan Harris, a Lost in Space Drawing

A drawing I did tonight... among other sketches. I have tomorrow off so I can spend extra time doing art.

Day 752, Watercolor Acrylic Ice and Moon

This is similar to a painting I did for my brother many years ago. He has that painting hanging in a prominent place in his home. I did this totally from memory. So it is just sort of like the original.

Day 753, Watercolor of Goddess Bast

That fire?

Day 754, Grey Green Horse Watercolor

This is something I did awhile back. Actually it was one of 2.

Day 755, Lost in Space Drawings

Dr. Zachary Smith returning the thought machine to the rightful owner, in the LIS episode Wish Upon a Star. Then I had to mess around with it!

Just some random drawings.
